If you have seen the Paris or London Botanical Gardens you will not find this impressive at all. Its nice to spend a couple of hours resting from a walk and take some pictures and regain energies.

It also has a large collection of Camelias if you appreciate them but you need to come early in the year to see the flowers.

The house is now the Hall of Biodiversity – Ciência Viva Center
